Dual Pricing - Having two prices; a card price and a slightly discounted cash price, the pricing model is simple and has been around for years, think about at the gas stations where many of us have experienced Dual Pricing.
Surcharging - A payment card surcharge is an additional fee that a merchant adds to a consumer's bill (as a separate line item) when they use a credit card for payment. The ability to surcharge only applies to credit card purchases, and only under certain conditions. U.S. merchants cannot surcharge debit card or prepaid card purchases.
